How is Limitless different from regular blood tests?
Standard check-ups usually test ~20 basic markers. Limitless checks over 140+ key biomarkers covering hormones, inflammation, metabolism, heart health, and more. We track your results over time and translate them into clear, actionable steps tailored just for you.
Is a real doctor checking my results?
Yes and yes ! every report and plan is reviewed by our certified medical team. Our doctors ensure you get safe, personalized guidance. You can also message them with any questions.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral needed. With Limitless, you don’t need a prescription. We handle everything in-house, with medical experts and certified lab partners.
Will Limitless replace my regular doctor?
Not our goal. Limitless is here to complement your care, not replace it. We help you and your doctor make smarter, earlier decisions with better data and long-term insights.
How often should I get tested?
Most members test every 6 months to track progress and refine their plan. You can choose to be tested only once a year if you prefer or add advanced panels (microbiome, DNA, menopause, etc.) based on your goals.
Is it reimbursed by insurance?
Some health insurers in Belgium may reimburse part of the cost under prevention plans. We recommend asking your provider. Traditional systems rarely cover proactive tests but we believe prevention should be the new standard.
